Replacements, Returns & Refunds

Replacements

We offer replacement for defective or damaged items upon delivery. A request can be started by emailing us at contactus@littlebeez.co. Please note that requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

In your email:

  1. Please include the word "Replacement", and the order number on the subject headline.
  2. A succinct, detailed description of the damage and;
  3. Please attach at least two clear photographs of the damaged product.

We will review your request, and if approved, we will process the replacement. Replacements may take between  7-10 days to process, ship out and deliver.

We do not provide a replacement in cases where your order fails to arrive due to factors under your control.

 

Returns

Little Beez offers 30-day returns.

Returned merchandise must be unused and returned in its original packaging (unopened) within 30 days.

Customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

To help us expedite your return, a request can be made by emailing us at contactus@littlebeez.co.

In your return email request:

  1. Please include the word "Return", and the order number on the subject headline.
  2. Take a photograph of the item(s) you would like to return to show that it is in its original packaging and condition.
  3. A brief feedback or reason that prompted you to consider returning your purchase.

We will notify you when we have received your return request email and provide you with our return address.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please, allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

If your return item arrives without the original packaging, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

 

Refunds

  2. A succinct, detailed description of the damage and;
  3. Please attach at least two clear photographs of the damaged product.

We will review your request, and if approved, we will notify you and process the refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, this time includes our processing of your email communication and the time that your financial institution takes to reflect the refund into your account.

We do not provide a refund in cases where your order fails to arrive due to factors under your control. These are situations such as:

  1. Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  2. Failing to retrieve the package from a delivery location within the specified time.
  3. Not being available to receive the package during delivery attempts.
  4. Requesting a change in the delivery address after the order has been shipped.
